My deepest sympathies, for people living with allergies.... I can now appreciate the daily struggles
On my side, still I need to eliminate all the allergens for at least 3 months. Who would have guessed that simple things have allergens like:

On my side, still I need to eliminate all the allergens for at least 3 months. Who would have guessed that simple things have allergens like:
- Flaxseeds.... Traces of Nuts
- Sun dried Raisins... Traces of Nuts
- Gluten free Products : Often found Rice Flour, or Almond Flour or Pea...
- Chicken Stock: oh yes, what a surprise there, I've only found 1 that I can use.
- Butter substitut: Oh you'd be surpised
- Vegan Mayo... again only 1 brand that works for me
- Protein or Granola bars: NONE... just not 1 that I can use.
My grocery shopping just to create a basic stock at home to start building my food from scratch has taken me several hours already
So in the next few weeks, I'll be looking to make many recipe changes and home made snacks. I'll also share with you the products I've tried and how I am appreciating using them.
Stick around and join my learning journey... Call me Empty Cart label reading lady
