When Gluten free or Vegan products are not always an option

Hey bloggers, so during this allergen free diet, my biggest challenge certainly has been finding product that I can use in my day to day. I am calling this my empty shopping cart challenge. Guess what my biggest surprise has been... Gluten or Vegan products are not all good for me ... WOW, I was actually shocked at how many I can't use. Why you ask?  3 allergens that are in a majority of those products: Rice or Nut flours and Pea Protein... My deepest sympathies, for people living with allergies.... I can now appreciate the daily struggles On my side, still I need to eliminate all the allergens for at least 3 months. Who would have guessed that simple things have allergens like: Flaxseeds.... Traces of Nuts Sun dried Raisins... Traces of Nuts Gluten free Products : Often found Rice Flour, or Almond Flour or Pea... Chicken Stock: oh yes, what a surprise there, I've only found 1 that I can use. Butter substitut: Oh you'd be surpised Vegan Mayo... again only

I wasn't.. I was trying my best to remain calm and carry on.. I had no clue my head aches were migraines, for a long time, I thought they were just head or sinus aches that no tylenol or advil or other over the counter could help me fix. So last summer, I started on a preventative treatment hoping to reduce the frequency of the migraines: -400mg of B2 -400mg of Magnesium -Low dose antidepressant (Aventyl) It seemed to be wor
